At Valerian Nails and Spa, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. To ensure that everyone who visits our salon feels comfortable and receives top-quality service, we have established the following policies:
- Appointments: We highly recommend booking an appointment with us in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your desired service and time. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability.
- Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 1 hour notice so that we can offer the slot to another customer.
- No Show Policy: We do have a no show and no communication policy. We will attempt to call and text on late appointments. No shows and Communications of no shows could be subject to bans on future online appointments or services.
- Late Arrivals: We strive to maintain a timely schedule to ensure that all customers are serviced promptly. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other customers.
- Health & Safety: We take the health and safety of our customers seriously. If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone with an illness, please reschedule your appointment. We also request that you notify us if you have any existing medical conditions that may affect the service.
- Payment: We accept cash and credit card payments. Gratuity is not included in the service price, and it is greatly appreciated. Please note that there are no refunds on services.
- Warranty: We offer a 5 days for Gel Manicure and 7 days for Dip, Soft Gel (GELX), Acrylic, Builder Gel. It covers chips, lips, and/or accidental breakage. If you experience any issues with your service within 5 days of your appointment, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- SMS Communication: We use modern business practices to communicate with our clients. One of which is sending SMS communication for appointments, reminders, sending promotional discounts, and general communication. This method is strictly optional and requires Opt-In and Opt-Out. - Information Sharing: SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits rude, drunk, or disorderly behavior. We believe that our salon should be a safe and welcoming environment for all of our customers and staff.
- Release of Liability: By booking an appointment with us, you agree to release Valerian Nails and Spa and its employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your visit to our salon. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being while on our premises and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valerian Nails and Spa and its employees from any claims arising out of your visit.
